Horrible place to take a test. The employees were having loud personal conversations right outside of the testing room and it was hard to concentrate. Yes, they provide noise cancelling headphones (same ones baggage handlers use at the airport) but they are very uncomfortable. My opinion is that those headseats should be used to cancel normal room noise and not filter loud personal conversations from employees. Excellent service! The ladies were so kind and helpful. I started my TOEFL test at time and even though something happened with my PC, it was solved immediately! The most satisfying test experience in my life so far!
