Oh my goodness, Kendra who gave us the tour was so nice, very professional, and full of information! So impressed with the property, very clean and felt like a breath of fresh air! Strongly considering Promesa for our next home!🧡
I love living here. It’s quiet and safe. Management really cares about the property and residents!!
Wonderful community, very quiet, and on top of maintenance work. The management staff is friendly, responsive, and always looking for ways to serve the residents.
This is a great place to live! Quiet, clean and my experience for 1 year very nice neighbors. The leasing personnel/maintenance are very attentive to any questions concerns or problems. I love having a gated yard! Apartments and balconies are huge. The prices very reasonable for Austin. Totally recommend this place!
