Wonderful community, very quiet, and on top of maintenance work. The management staff is friendly, responsive, and always looking for ways to serve the residents.
This is a great place to live! Quiet, clean and my experience for 1 year very nice neighbors. The leasing personnel/maintenance are very attentive to any questions concerns or problems. I love having a gated yard! Apartments and balconies are huge. The prices very reasonable for Austin. Totally recommend this place!
Very rude. Leasing agent treated me as if I was bothering her
Lived here for nearly two years and as long as you understand that you live across from a large high school, this apartment is fantastic for the price. Ava from my initial tour to the end of my lease has been beyond helpful and responsive. It'll be important to know that the school has a marching band and hosts sporting events next door often.
