Lived here for nearly two years and as long as you understand that you live across from a large high school, this apartment is fantastic for the price. Ava from my initial tour to the end of my lease has been beyond helpful and responsive. It'll be important to know that the school has a marching band and hosts sporting events next door often. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and while the rent has increased, the quality and the safety of the apartments has decreased. The pool is regularly filled with bugs and hair, hallways are filled with bugs and trash, and I’ve had to make repeated maintenance requests because they put bandaids on things instead of making real fixes. A good place to live
Only lived here for one year, but wish we could have lived here for more. It was the best experience I've had at a rental property, especially a big complex like this. Laura and Ava were incredibly helpful, kind, and thoughtful throughout the rental process, our time living there and even after our move out.
