Spent a week stuck in the REN 5 unit and had 2 surgeries. I just want to say that entire unit was amazing. Despite how much it sucks being stuck in the hospital, everyone on that unit made my stay a lot better. I wish I could nominate every single doctor, nurse, cna, and staff member for an award. The people involved in both my surgeries were also very nice and compassionate, despite me being extremely scared to go into surgery. If I could rate you zero I would to the emergency doctor on call for August 1st your getting reported to the medical board my mother was seen there for having stroke symptoms and issues with her memory you failed to call me and ask my side of what happen shame on you some of you should never be doctors you released my mother instead of admitting her I am in disgust with your medical actions
Terrible service. Needs to be audited immediately. No one can handle transfers correctly and staff is extremely rude. I called to get an update on my Grandmother in the ICU and was told to call back in a hour due to shift change. I'm leaving this review for documentation purposes. Extremely rude. Exactly why I moved away from Toledo. I wish I could bring her down to Texas for proper care. Every patient and their kin should ALWAYS be treated equally.
