Staff and doctors are great but Promedica Corporate is absolutely horrible, worst experience of my life so far having to deal with financial and billing departments. I get Luigi now
Here for severe herniated disc and nerve compression causing debilitating sciatic pain. I have felt so heard and taken care of by every single person I have come across. Such nice staff who seem to truly want to help me get back to me. Thank you to Dr Reinard, and all of the staff who have taken such good care of me. Shelby the nurse in icu is rude and unprofessional called to check on family and was told “like I said we are busy “ while I was crying over a family member. Hire some nurses with compassion please.
This hospital almost killed my elderly father. I 100% do not recommend this hospital. Edit: My father ended up passing away after coming back to this hospital. He had an out patient heart procedure and everything went downhill from there. I don’t trust the nurses or the heart doctors that work there. The nurses seem untrained and I will never use this hospital for any services. My father was on IV antibiotics and the nurse did not piggyback the secondary line. When I pointed it out, she asked me, how is it not piggyback?!?!!... read more
