This review is solely for Dawn the receptionist. She’s amazing,Professional and so kind! I came in in such distress over school labs I needed and wasn’t sure if I would get results in time and she was so sweet about trying to help me come up with solutions. Thank you Dawn, in a time I was so upset you made my heart smile.
I phoned ProMedica 360 this morning for an appointment and was greeted politely by the staff member who was very helpful. arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and filled out the forms needed, which were handed to me by friendly helpful staff. I was see very quickly after handing back my forms. Again I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Kaitlyn Klein APRN-CNP then came in to examine me and discuss my injury, what a delightful, pleasant person. Thank you all at ProMedica 360 on Central.
