Kaitlyn Klein was caring and helpful when I was hurt at work, she even seen me a second time when I went back without an appointment because I was in pain, I was Seen very quickly no sitting and waiting.
I went there for my preemployment drug screen, blood work and physical. The front desk ladies were both really nice. The lady who did everything (eye test, blood, drug test and all that) before I saw the physician was very very polite and pleasant to talk to. I don't like needles but didn't mind when she drew the blood because I didn't even feel it. The physician was really nice and personable too. You all got some really great people working for you there! It's really appreciated when people are so nice
They do not answer their phone. Ever. You will always have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back. In fact, the few times they do pick up, they will immediately hang up on you. The nursing staff is very friendly. I really liked Dr. Smith. The front desk person was also very kind and helpful
Every visit was expedited quickly and efficiently. Staff and physicians worked with me every step of the way.
When you, ProMedica 360 Health, assure me, you will email me test results. Then you don't . Congratulations ! You receive a poor review . Try and be more responsible in the future, do better. Make good on your words.
