BYFAR, the most unprofessional, uneducated, unpleasant and embarrassing health establishment I've ever dealt with in my life. Get security called on me, and not one, but THREE security officers, because I have a Drs note with multiple reasons as to why I cannot wear a mask and asked to leave when I walked in to pick up my MRI disc. Was in the building 2 weeks prior with not a single issue of not having a mask on with my Drs note while I had an MRI done and spent half the day in the building with no issues. The service is HORRIBLE and every time my mom goes in for something, they NEVER give her what she needs and neglects to give her proper instructions. Most recently, she was in the ER today. They told her that her bowels were inflamed, but didn’t tell her how to handle or deal with it. They never told her not to eat solid food, so when she came home and ate a salad, she found out the hard way. If it wasn’t for my aunt, who lives out of state, giving my mom advice, she’s still be suffering now.

I chose ProMedica Monroe to deliver my baby at. All of the nurses were absolutely incredible and took amazing care of us during our entire stay. I wouldn’t have changed any part of my experience. ♥️

I like the hospital all round but I took my son in there yesterday. for chest pains an heartburn. (we have bad heart problems on our side of the family.) this doctor tells me "try not to come back to the hospital less its life for death" I'm not every pleased with him I gave him a peice of my mind.
I would like it to be known that last night I called the ER and when I started getting emotional the nurse I was speaking to said I'm not here to be a counselor to you and hung up on my face.
