Took my daughter here to get tubes put in her ears and to have her andenoids taken out. The nurses and doctors were amazing with her. She is only year and a half. They made sure she was comfortable and ok through it all. Even let her take a blanket and stuffed animal from home back into surgery with her. She didn't even realize I wasn't going back with her. They really care about their patients and have done a really great job their work
Awful experience, staff had no idea what to do with a seizure patient other than to try to sit them up as they were gagging while seizing versus rolling them on their side. The hospital then decided to move to a different hospital, but were undecided of where and then when family called staff was very rude hurried the conversation explained nothing and hung up. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone as they do not take patient care seriously and when you call about it you get lots of excuses. Very sad.
Everytime I come here they just think of something and that's what they diagnose you with. I've had problems for a long time, and do u think I want to spend my time here. No my Dr told me to come and I did and I leave with no test done and some pepsid!! No I said my stomach hurts I don't need a darn antacid.. I explained it all from start to now about it all and of course they look at me like I'm retarded.. don't worry I know u get paid enough to not actually care..Won't come back here every again.. for any of my family.
Very nice and caring nurses,even though they have to deal with the public on a day to day basis.the facility is very clean and well kept, the only drawback is that it's on the wrong side of the river

Everytime I take my son to the ER they act like they don't care to find out what's really wrong with him, it seems like they're just guessing. They never take the time to fully listen to what I tell them is wrong and they just hand out a diagnosis based on the few symptoms they hear me say basically without doing any testing on him first. I'm definitely going to start taking him to a different hospital where I feel like I'm being heard and more importantly find out what is really wrong with my son when he's sick.
I was sent from Dr's office to er with precursor symptoms of stroke. Less than 5 mins I was taken back and surrounded by nurses and dr. EKG done immediately and within 10mins I was headed for CT scan! 45 mins and ALL testing had been done! They were concerned and caring, explained everything! Thank goodness no stroke, but Bell's palsy.
Been here for an hour for an appointment that was scheduled at 3pm..it is now 3:25pm... ridiculous! I guess they don't care that I have a child to get from school and a job to go to this afternoon.... hate this place!
