worst hospital ever the midwifes are mean rude thought id give them another try from when y daughter was born never will I step foot in this place ever again

I went to the ER on 3-15-16. I was having pain under the middle of my rib cage. The wait in the ER was a little long but not excessive. They diagnosed the problem which was my gallbladder and set me up for surgery the following day. Everything went very well the surgeon was very nice. He noticed that I had a hiatal hernia and he said we will take care of that too while we're in there. After my surgery the staff was very nice and I want to thank all of them especially my nurse Stephanie. Great job everyone. Thanks

I thought the staff was amazing during my surgery, then I started receiving my bills. I'm confused why they started using a 3rd party to send these bills out and expect them paid in a week. I called the local promedica hospital near me and they stated that they are supposed to give a month. I've called the 800 in the past and they are worthless in fixing insurance issues or helping in anyway. I've never been so frustrated with the billing until this situation. I went in with abdominal pain and they were all really nice and every one tried to make my stay as good as possible, I want to tank the er staff for how fast they got me diagnosed and pre for surgery, with out them I wouldn't be here to day .

I had outpatient surgery on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Two weeks prior I had a pre-test appointment. This was my first experience using Bay Park for my procedure. I would recommend them. I would use them again. In my case, the staff was very professional. They were able to address all my questions and concerns. They were punctual and easy-going. In fact, they even got me in for my surgery early. At 55, I get a little apprehensive about stuff like this. They put me at ease. That's worth its weight in gold!
