I can't say enough about this company. They have just reroofed my house and garage. It was a pleasure to deal with them, from first contact until the roofing was complete. I am so impressed! Good service until job was done. Poor follow up regarding finishing concerns (advised that they don't paint the step flash so it looks sloppy at the front of the house and a few other things, some shingles not sitting right) . big job > $40K so would have been nice to have some effort to make it look as nice as possible at the end. . No info given regarding warranty when requested (told it would be given after payment). No effort to meet in person to discuss finishing details. Fair price, and extremely skilled craftsmen. Took their time and were calculated with everything they did.
The Proline team did a great job replacing my gutters and skylights. It was all done in one day, and the end result looks very good. All of my interactions with different members of the Proline team were professional and positive. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
Do you live in the Victoria, BC area and need roof work done? Proline roofing is a great company . They are currently working at replacing my shingle roof with a metal panel roof. It’s a complex roof because it has a torch-on membrane perimeter gutter-less drains. Communication from their owner, head office and the lead team roofer on site has been good.
