I had the unfortunate experience of being tailgated by the man in the photographs just before 1pm on Friday June 26th while driving next to the elementary school on Judah street. Tailgating is never allowed for any reason, nor is flooring it on the wrong side of the road, but thats exactly what this man did when I slowed down due to the dangerous conditions he was creating.
