Terrible customer service - they constantly make mistakes and then lie to you to cover themselves. Do not trust!
I attempted to rent an apartment across from Beacon Hill Park. I first emailed the listing agent (KD); no response for days. I phoned the main office. They assured me that their agents respond within 48 hours. Nothing. Disappointing service to say the least. As a condo owner, I would not hire this company to manage my property.
Proline is very thorough. They make sure the upkeep of my irrigation and maintenance of the building is complete and to our satisfaction.
Water outtages and busted pipes seem to be a main feature in one of their developments. Residents of this development were left without water for four days because of a pipe leak last December. Three months later residents are once again without water and are now approaching their third day. My biggest issue is how Proline keeps sending memos stating that someone will be dropping by to check on the pipes and restore water but no one actually arrives that day. The sheer lack of integrity is mind blowing.
