Adam Taylor… oh boy, he’s one of the worst and laziest property manager out there. He either takes 20 business days to respond or doesn’t bother replying at all… If you have any important questions, he gets frustrated and tells you that he doesn’t want to go further to explain. Very unprofessional and unreliable. He doesn’t bother clarifying the move-in or move-out process. I can’t tell if this guy hate his job or his life. Management is disorganized and abrasive. Property management is not a strength. Their poor communication ends up costing you money and that adds up. Worst property management company we’ve dealt with. I’ve literally never left a review for anything in my life.
Rats!!! Since September 2024 I've been requesting the property manager do something about the rats issue. Caught this one minutes ago. Anyone want to deal with this???? Anybody?
Terrible customer service - they constantly make mistakes and then lie to you to cover themselves. Do not trust!
