Proline Garage Door Repair Cincinnati came out for a broken spring repair and I'm really grateful. They were really thorough from the start, on time as promised, and super affordable. Easy to reach when I called. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Two thumbs up.

This is not a good operation. I wonder if they are a scam, as they quoted me a price that is about three times what Google says it’s normal. The repairman was rude and condescending, and left a hole in the wall where he moved the door opener. I felt pressured because I needed the garage door fixed. Looking back I should’ve said no right away. I never received a receipt or a copy of the guarantee that the repairman promised. I have tried calling about four times with no success, only promises. This morning, I had an emergency with my garage door and called Proline Garage Door Repair Cincinnati. I'm really pleased with how things turned out! Jesus, the technician, was prompt, arriving quicker than I expected, and incredibly knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. Living right by Cincinnati, it's great to have reliable help close by.
