Mike from ProLift was the tech on this project. We discussed options for repairing the tension spring, along with ancillary parts. He did a good job, efficient and left everything in excellent shape. Definitely will use ProLift in the future!
In today’s world, guys like Mike are few and far between. He showed up on time. Clean uniform. Clean truck. Friendly. He was there for routine maintenance. He found an issue that he addressed and fixed promptly. Didn’t try and upsell me anything crazy. This was a really pleasant experience. I would highly recommend using ProLift and specifically Mike.
