On-site front desk staff is inept. I walked in and told them I was here for my first post-op appointment, surgery was a week ago, gave last name and birthdate to the front desk of each floor, and they proceeded to pass me from floor to floor with zero idea of where I might need to go. I have had both hips replaced ,an ulnar neuropathy release at this place and I dont think I will ever use a different place for these kinds of surgeries. The doctors are knowledgeable and very good at what they do and they do a lot of these surgeries so they are also very quick and efficient. I 100% trust this place for any surgery that I may need ,that they do. If you are shopping around for a great surgeon look no further because you have found the best when you found proliance orthopedics & surgeons.

I had an appointment with Dr. Nathan and we arranged for a CT scan. I warned him that my insurance was expiring in two weeks; he assured me it would be fine, so I waited for the appointment the whole time. In the end, on the very last day, I found out he hadn't even put me on the waiting list... It’s insane. Go somewhere else.
