Dr Kim And her team were great
While I had an overall positive experience with Dr. Kim, I cannot ever recommend anyone consider Proliance for their surgery. Their predatory bait and switch billing practices have left me with an enormous out of pocket bill that is over double the amount I was quoted (even after insurance coverage). They were negligent with processing my insurance, and even after admitting this mistake they did nothing to remedy my final bill. Was charged $230+ dollars for them to tell me to take flonase when I clearly have a deviated septum that impedes my breathing. They also saw me 30 minutes late and don't validate parking which is only free for an hour. On top of that, they will send your bill to collections without properly contacting you. This place made me feel ripped off every step of the way.
heartless. They treat you like you are nothing, you don't feel like they care about you at all. You are a simple appointment more, and they give you any news like they are telling you the time of the day, not taking , not even a little bit, of consideration , of how you might feel.
