Pretty straight forward...Projectmanger.com advertises a fee of $20/mo on their website but charged me $375. After seeing the charge on my checking account, I searched my emails for a bill. I did receive an email (in my junk mail) titled "Training for your Team" asking me to sign up for training; note that the email subject deceptively doesn't mention anything about billing or charges. Projectmanger.com are masters of not scheduling, project management software but deceiving and ripping off customers. Totally mislead with their advertisements and would not response to multiple attempts to resolve. Charged $375 for 15 users of which I am a company of one. Training session with customer support did not in anyway communicate that I would be charged for 15 users! Cancelled my account without reaching out to attempt any type of resolution. ProjectManager.com is an excellent online project management software. I'm not a heavy Gantt chart user but PM's Gantt chart feature is like MS project in the cloud. Also, it allows importing existing data from MS Project. It has a very modern user interface with the latest release in 2019, and it is easy to use, and response time is quick for online software. I signed up for 30 trial on Aug 10. I haven't decided it too much wasting time to operate it. So I purchase different program instead. I cancel on Sept 10. Today Sept 11 I saw there $200 charge in my bank. I email and ask even if you would charge can't be that much since monthly subscription you post online 15/month for five users. This company deceives customers into signing up for a trial subscription only to keep charging them for not one, but three user licenses. When I realized I was being triple charged, I contacted them to cancel and ask for a credit since I never used their software. Instead of doing the right thing and offering to refund the bogus charges as a courtesy, their response was to hide behind its T&Cs. I wish to make a complaint about this business ProjectManager.com. I thought I was signing up for a single user because i wanted to try extra functionality of the team license. I have recently discovered they have charged US$400 for 2 months use for a single user. I think this is deceptive conduct and not a user pays system.
