I signed up for a free trial of project management.com around the end of march first of April. I am a student and My professor told me to use this for a project. It was a one-time project. Which cost me 375.00. Unreal the way these people do business, I forgot to cancel the free trial and they charged my card 375.00 the day after the free trial was up. That was my car payment money. We have left 2 voice mails - most recent one just now. I have not used your program since we first started a trial in Sept 2020. My bookkeeper had not posted our CC billings since November and just pointed this out to me last week. I do not see where I can cancel on your site and do not want to be billed again. In fact I would appreciate a refund since I have not used your program since the initial test in Sep 2020. After reading the other similar complaints, I too warn off anyone doing business with this company.

Wish I had seen this page earlyer... DO. NOT. USE. THIS. SOFTWARE! Not even once! I´m from Germany and I had to make a GANTT for my bachelor thesis. That´s it. just me and my girlfriend, 2 GANTTs, 1-Time use for our thesis. I even was willing to PAY for this service, so I gave this tool a try. 2 Users (me and my girlfriend), 1 month for free and after that 2 monts of use during our project. Biggest SCAM out there!!!! Tried to cancel for 2 months. Very deceptive company. Finally sent an email that they will cancel the free trial but charged me for 2 months.( that's how long it them to complete the cancellation!!!) Not the 20.00$ they advertise but 375.00$ for 2 months. 750.00$. only logged onto web site one or two time. mostly to cancel but very hard to find a # to call to cancel. Did send email but didn't cancel for 2 months. No place to review on their web site so I came here.

Charged even though I never used the software. We tried to use this software for a PM Certificate Program for PSU and it did not live up to expectations, so we never used it. It has a similar look to MS Project and I was surprised to hear them state that projectmanager.com is "The number 1 provider of project management software worldwide". Inadvertently signed up for a business license, and meant to choose a personal license. Was charged $375!!! Would be happy to have a personal license, but there is no change, and customer service will not respond to my request to demote my service, and refund the incorrect amount.

My son is a poor college student and signed up for the free trial period that he needed for his class. He just noticed a $375 charge to his bank account. This company has deceptive advertising at $15.00, $20.00 or $25.00 per month. When he called to cancel they told him he was automatically charged for 15 users @ $25.00 per month. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I signed up for a free trial for this service, wasn't notified billing would take place, and I was charged $375. When i signed up for trial I was also under the impression the service was only $20 a user, and I was the only user. I reached out to their billing department and they refused to refund the charge even though the software hadn't been used since the 2nd day.
