I visited your West Islip facility a few days after I had gone to a different walk in clinic that didn’t give me what I needed to get rid of a sinus infection. Your care is what meant so much. I will be going to this urgent care from now on.
This happened at the Howard Beach Location.... My husband and daugther arrived 15 mins before they closed. My daugther had a fungal infection. Dr. Valerie Brutus said she would be back to let them know if the insurance covered the medication. Half an hour later! A janitor walked in and that's when the receptionist realized someone was still there!!!! The DOCTOR LEFT without giving us ANY INSTRUCTIONS!!!! the receptionist had no idea what to do!!! I will go to Excel urgent care going forward and take my kids to PM Pediatrics.
Office in Greenpoint Went this year a few times they were the best doctors For a few different problems.Love them They even called each time days later to see how I was.So sorry and called them this week to find they were no longer there.I would like to know will they be back.Hope so.
Excellent facility on 23rd Street on the East Side to go to for immediate care. I was seen by a Doctor very quickly and URGENT Care was excellent in cost, especially if you have health care insurance.I was in enormous pain and The Doctor helped the pain go down significantly.

Came is with my 6-year-old who had an allergic reaction. The staff was great, the were fast, efficient, and calming to my scared little guy. I am grateful for everyone on staff from the front desk to the doctor. They will now be our new Urgent Care.
