Was in 1 of their nursing home in Trussville Alabama and it was a real struggle to find adequate care, when I finally got out (with very little help from NH staff).. contacts their billing office, concerning money that was owed to from my social security check being sent to them by mistake on social security...took close to 2 years to get the, and had to contact pro bono lawyer to get it...so beware of how this company does business..Mike
Very rude staff not caring at all
Edit: Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars after my mother told me that they told her that the aide we had issues with has now been let go by the company. My mother had a bad experience with the bath aide, so we informed them about this and told them she was not comfortable with anyone helping her bathe anymore. My mother has been contacted about a bath aide several times since then, making her upset each time. This isn't the only issues we've had. Pro Health care is the best! I have used them before and I’m using them again. They are caring and go out of their way to help me get back on my rRound Pam liner, and out of my power wheelchair!
