This is the worst warranty coverage I have ever experienced. My vehicle needed a rear differential and was brought in on February 21st, 2025. The part took 10 days to arrive and upon installation is turned out to be a faulty part. I am now still waiting for the part that was supposed to be delivered today, but isn't shipping out until tomorrow. This will be a month that my vehicle has been out of service. Proguard told me they would pay $200 for a rental for 4 days. WTF??!!
Our Mom and Pop dealership has had great success with this extended warranty company. We chose this particular organization as our "GO TO" company to provide the peace of mind that we and all customers need when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I have been selling cars for 30 years and we had several warranty companies and none have them come close to ProGuard. They pay claims when needed and our rep, Becky, is amazing! She is available anytime that we have questions and makes she makes things happen if needed.
