I have been selling cars for 30 years and we had several warranty companies and none have them come close to ProGuard. They pay claims when needed and our rep, Becky, is amazing! She is available anytime that we have questions and makes she makes things happen if needed.

I have had ProGuard warranties for my 3 vehicles since 2016 and their service has always been great. Recently, I had an issue with two of my contracts that I paid for renewals and not submitted by the dealer. Therefore, they were not valid. I contacted ProGuard and as always they were very understanding, and extremely helpful. From start to finish, Amy Filipini, Lenny Tokar and Kalin Dietz all went above and beyond in assuring me that I was in good hands and that they would do whatever was possible to find a solution.
They did all they could and as we thought, I had no recourse with these 2 renewal contracts being valid. I was, however, able to find resolution for one of the renewals, which I had renewed prior to the expiration date and had a claim. Their help with this unexpected and unbelievable situation was appreciated more than words can say.
I am hopeful that I am able to continue with ProGuard for my extended warranties. They treat each of us with care and knowledge that they will do all to satisfy us.

We do about 3-5 claims a week. They are easy approval process great to deal with and Ester always calls us for a fast payment. !!!

i am a shop owner in NJ , we not only sell the warranties but use them constantly for customer repairs. This company has a fantastic customer service team primarily the two women we work with Esther & Holly. quick response time and fair warranty payouts i would highly recommend to shop owners and vehicle owners alike!

Had to drop my truck off today at 7am. Right at 8:30am I was able to get in contact with pro guard warranty. They where really respectful and nice early in the morning. Handle the claim quickly. Answered all my questions on the phone and even responded in email also. Highly recommend pro guard knocked off several hundred dollars on my repair. Thank you again for a good start to my day

had a small problem with my claim yesterday, turned out just miscommunication between repair center and Pro Guard. Pro guard management jumped right on it and resolved the problem immediatly

April was my agent (rep) and she has been so patient and helpful with me! A piece of my car went bad last week and I emailed their help service over the weekend and she got to before they even opened (probably right when she got to work) she kept me updated and called me frequently to update me on the process! (I AM SO OCD and need that recognition ) Now I am in the process of waiting for the piece to come in and them to reassemble and finish the process with pro guard! So far it’s been a smooth process and April was great and so has the person who ordered my parts within this company! They got it done so fast and most of the wait was due to the mechanic. So far, so good! I was a little nervous when I purchased my car in January but I purchased the proguard one policy and they have been very transparent and honest so far! Would recommend if your dealership offers this company.

Hands down the WORST warranty you can purchase. I had a sensor that stopped working. Called in to ask if the sensor was covered and was told, “it doesn’t look like it” I told the agent “that doesn’t sound like you’re sure it’s not covered”. Called back two days later come to find out it was magically covered after I had to become irate and ask how does a $2,000 warranty not cover anything. These people are liars and crooks. You’re better off not having a warranty they’re going to try there hardest to leave you stuck and avoid paying for any and everything.
