I give Progressive a 5++ star rating if there is such a thing as that. The company is professional, courteous, patient and thoughtful from top to bottom.In 2016 had enlisted their services to replace a security system installed when our home was built. I would start by saying that Progressive Protection Security Systems, Inc. is a cut above the rest in any class. I have been using this company for many years and I am convinced they are better than any other alarm company that Ive ever reviewed for pricing, overall value, speed which they respond to your inquiries or personally used in the past. Recently had a security system installed by progressive protection of Belton Texas. I couldn't wait to let everyone know what a fantastic job they did. The system will help me rest at night as my husband who has Alzheimer's has a tendency to wander.
