They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Waiting time was minimal. Calls are answered quickly. I am never put on hold for a long time. Office staff is always very helpful. Parking was close to the entrance.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Just by describing the pain I was having, Dr. Jurd figured out my problem and confirmed it with an exam. All my questions were answered, and I am finally on the road to no more foot pain. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
