RecommendedComing here is like dealing with trusted family.
My son doctor is GREAT but the receptionist up front Sherri McClendon is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & I really think it’s something personal which it is. She’s rude, delusional, and a psychopath.. Every time I bring my son it’s always a problem when she’s there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and if you do go I advise you not to give her your personal information because she talks about it with others outside of work and that’s not confidential.
We've been using this office for 9 years. As of Friday, May 3 we will no longer be using them. How are you going to tell me that I need to call your office and not take my youngest to the ER when you aren't open or out of town most of the time? The front desk staff is rude and pointless to have. Just because you're closed for the day they don't answer the phone and make people waste time coming to the office. Then want to be rude when you come in asking "What do you want?". WTF?!
Rude and unprofessional. They don't seem to care much about patients and always rushing you out the door. They won't refill meds without having blood work every three months either so why didn't they go ahead and schedule me another appointment for three months when I was in there three months ago. Now I'm going to be out of medicine. Also, told me I had to be down to one pill before they could call in a prescription to cover me before I am able to get an appointment. This is a good 45 min. drive for us but we wouldn't .dream about going anyway else........... They really listen ....great patient care.....we have been with them.for eight years.........Awesome!!!!!!
Love Dr.Remi Adesoji the Pediatrician. She is kind, thorough and actually talks to your child and asks them the questions(if they are old enough to answer).
The most rude and unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to. The nurse practitioner was more worried about getting out of the office at 4 than my office visit. I wasn't even seen for my main purpose of my visit. I was pushed and rushed out of the office. They were not worried about me as the patient at all, none what so ever!

My Dr since 2001,wouldn't change for anything. Thank you for taking such a good care of me.
