I have filled out all of my personal information a year ago and I was never called back. The customer service representative has my information and will not allow anyone from intake to contact me back. This agency lies to you and are very unprofessional. They tell you in training that you can foster any age that you wish but once you are licensed through them they will either try to get you to foster teenagers or call you about placements of children who are from far from where you live. The person who calls to place the children is rude and unprofessional. They are a horrible agency and a big waste of time. I moved to a better agency and am done with this terrible agency. I would like to say this about this agency THEY are the best. I am so glad that I switch to this agency. I really don't know where to start but I can say where to finish. I have grown to love on 2 kids whom I have adopted from this agency. They have a wonderful adoption system going on. This place have help ME put My priorities in order. I would recommend this place to whom ever wants to Foster a child. BEING A RESPONSIBLE FOSTER PARENT ................................. START HERE.
I started a journey with my husband through progressive life center. The place is completely a waste of time. It has been nothing but a bunch of hidden secrets. This place does not deal with infants. My social worker is leaving this place. Me and my husband are now on a search for a new company the only person that was of any help was Audrey the teacher for the classes on zoom. She did an excellent job.
