Lack of communication post covid about appointments or office times. Guess I'll just find a new office since I don't even know if this one is taking patients. More information on the voice-mail service about office times or lack of them would've been helpful
Very knowledgeable, knowledgeable,professional and caring.
I must say that I am very disappointed with this facility and the way they handle doctor-patient confidentiality. They say you can send secure messages to your doctor/nurse in private via the health message portal and it will just be kept between you and the provider you are seeing. That is a LIE!!!! When you message the doctor/nurse you are seeing through their secured private message portal, anyone that has access to the messages at that facility can see it. I mean ANYONE!
