PHF is truly a standout gym! From the moment you walk in, you feel the family atmosphere that sets it apart. The space is big and spacious, with all the equipment you could need, and the music selection is on point. B, the owner, knows his stuff and pushed me just the right amount to get out of my comfort zone. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but PHF has really set a new standard for me. Highly recommend!
