My appointment was at 10:50 am. I only had to wait about 20 minutes so no big deal. The young lady who tested my eyes was very nice. Dr. Chen was very nice, too, and very informative. He explained to me answers to my questions and was very informative about other things that I had not thought of. My Optometrist was very nice, too, and helped me to keep the price of my new glasses within an affordable range for me. I am very happy with this Lenscrafter's which is located in Boca Park, Las Vegas, NV.

I woke up with a red and swollen eye. I had other appointments to go to that day but my eye was still red and painful at the end of the day, so I called Dr. Ng's office just before closing and asked if they could please squeeze me in to see the doctor. Thankfully, they did and Dr. Ng diagnosed me with pinkeye. I was given a prescription with steroids and antibiotics and within a week my eye cleared up.
