the ease of getting appointment was great! Awesome receptionist ! The Dr. was very helpful in what I needed in my daily job and lifestyle and what I needed to use being on the computer all day. Everything was wonderful until then. I picked out a pair of glasses was quoted the price that was very reasonable. Once I was checked out I was OVER CHARGED 200$ I was then refunded the 200 $ but it took so long to get the refund back into my account I was in the negative. Although I've had nothing but superb service from Progressive the last few years, this year was the total opposite. Since the situation has not been rectified, my patience has completely run out after 4 months, and I have no other choice but to leave this review.In May, I came in for my yearly exam and my eyeglass prescription changed.I used my insurance benefits and purchased a new set of glasses with multifocal lenses.
