I had an extremely disappointing experience at Progressive Dimensions in Manahawkin, NJ today. I walked in with my baby, excited to explore stone options, but was met with the rudeness of Stephanie Chirichillo. She questioned everything I said, was condescending, and made me feel unwelcome. Instead of being helpful, she took all of the excitement out of the process. Rodger our adviser and everyone at Progressive were wonderful to work with . They made every step so easy. The installation was perfect. Best of all the countertops in our kitchen looks so much nicer then I ever expected. They look beautiful. Thank you.
