This was my first appt; I was formerly a patient of Dr Costello's. I missed my original appt, and the receptionists called back three time to finally get me in the same day. That was impressive. Then I was quickly greeted and filled out patient information. Then I was immediately taken in for my appt, but first with a tour of the office - that really impressed me.
