My favorite thing is a tie. Loved the friendliness of everyone involved. I am embarrassed I do not remember name of person that did my e-rays and cleaning but she was phenomenal. Gentle and friendly. Most relaxed I have ever been in a dentist's chair. Dr. Metsger greeted me before my appointment and was very kind and thorough during it as well. I HAD TO HAVE MY TOOTH PULLED WHEN DR. METSGER JUST PUT A CROWN ON IT. I FEEL THAT THE CROWN SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PUT ON IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE ROOTS WERE DECAYED.
I feel I (and my insurance) should my be charged for replacing a filling that came out during normal use.
staff is WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL
This was my first visit after being referred by Dr. Costello. Everyone was friendly and took plenty of time to answer my questions. No one seemed to be rushing me out or acting like my questions were unimportant. It was a very nice first impression.
Everyone is so nice and make u feel at home. The decor is lovely
As a manufacuring person I like efficencies as are apparent in the operation. I like up to date technologies that improve output and performance
I really liked how Dr. Bob explained everything as he went along with my procedure.
Very friendly and explain the treatment plan thoroughly to the patient.
