You folks definetly receive and deserve a 5 star rating. As retired folks we do have one comment. We believe that your pricing is rather exhorbatant. Most likely you need to charge high rates to support your large staff....But there has to be a better way....Can you look at how you can reign in your costs....It getting borderline ridiculous....

Front desk person (?Melissa) , though very nice, was not knowledgeable about husband and my insurance, what was owed etc. The insurance person in the back then spoke to me and was reassuring and informed regarding our insurance coverage issues.

Dr. Metsger and his team were awesome. They were friendly-as always. They were right on time and they took great care of me, pain-free! The technology in that office is cutting edge. Highly recommended for all your dental needs!
