I called to scheduled a new patient appointment and was advised that there wasn't an opening until roughly 3 months from now. Immediately, I expressed my disappointment with this time line, but working in a physician office myself - I understand how busy a schedule can be. Michelle, the receptionist, explained that she would add my name to a wait list. Michelle took down my work schedule and called me as soon as she had an opening! Really can't suggest anything to add to the support you receive as soon as you walk in the door. Great staff, so friendly and helpful whether you're their patient or someone else's. Not something you see every day. So glad you found us.
