I loved the office. The staff was warm and friendly and very professional. The office is very nicely decorated and the overall experience was great.
It is unreasonable to expect patients to arrive early (which I do, as a courtesy to the Practice, and because your emails specifically request it), and then to not inform them when their appointment is going to be delayed. I arrived at 8am for an 8:20am appointment. I wasn't called until after 8:40am. By 8:25am, someone should have spoken with me to let me know that my appointment would be delayed. I've been seeing Dr. Metsger since I was a child and absolutely love his entire staff. They are always warm and friendly. I'm usually anxious for any kind of medical settings but Dr. Metsger and his team always manage to make me feel comfortable. Their technology is state of the art. I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else.
