I had a crown come loose along with the tooth breaking. I was able to get in within a few hours of calling for an appointment. Turned out that particular tooth had a former root canal that needed retreated and I was referred to another professional for evaluation. The plan was when that work was done I would come back to Dr. Metsgar to have the crown clued back in. Unfortunately, the evaluation did not go as planned. The dental professionals were very informative from beginning to end!! Dr. Meteger is awesome and super tuned into his practice. I am very impressed. If the front desk personnel were as friendly and attentive as the hygienists and doctor it would make the experience much more enjoyable and easy.
I was pleasantly surprised from the time I called to get an appointment. Everyone was polite, kind and truly involved in making this a friendly and pleasant experience.

Dr. M was very good at explaining at each step what he was going to do next. I felt like I was being taken care of by a very caring and competent dentist. Wendy very ably took care of the "hand holding" while Dr. M left the room. She skillfully made the temporary bridge and she reminded me about all of the restrictions while I have the temporary bridge.
