Please don't get me wrong. I love Dr Salah and his staff. There are two I have to say are not my favorite. Raven at the front desk and the woman that assisted Dr Salah when she came in to remove my temp on 06/10/2026 so Dr Salah could put on the permanent crown. She blasted a radio in my ear behind my head. Then she proceeded to remove a temporary as though she was trying to change a lug nut on a car. She Yanked on it to the point to where it hurt me. Horrible experience. My hygiene appointment was changed to the hygienist that I complained about. She dropped the oral suction on the floor & picked it up & stuck it back in my mouth. Apparently they can change the appointments to a different hygienist without notifying the patient despite the previous complaint. The front desk workers are not professional in the least.
