My dental tech was great/professional -gave me a tip of what to do when I can't floss, which I never thought of and Dr. Royal also gave me a tip on my brushing technique. Actually the visit before, was the first time I had Dr. Royal for my dentist and it was a great experience - I mean it wasn't fun, but great chairside manner, encouragment, and NO PAIN. Thank you.
I had my initial consultation with Town Center Dental yesterday and I had to write a review. I was kind of nervous because I have NEVER had a pleasent experience at a dentist. The Dr. and his staff were as friendly as could be and made me as comfortable as possible. I was seated within minutes of my scheduled appointment which I have not experienced at any type of DR. in a very long time. Thank you for the great service and I look forward to my next visit.
Great visit much improved from the past years (been a customer for 10 yrs). I even like Dr. Royal's bad jokes.
