07/17/2017 I have received a Text Message stating "Hello, it's Michael B*******, from Progressive Funding's SBA Small Biz Department. We still have your 25K Business Line of Credit available, please call me at ###-###-#### or visit us at www.progressivebusinessfunds.com". I have NEVER had any communication with Anyone from this company. I see this as a fraudulent practice trying to dupe unknowing people into products or services they neither want or need! These "Ratings Pages" need to add a ) rating for these companies
I received a fax that was handwritten, claiming we had spoken before and offering me a loan at a specific rate. When I followed up with them to get the details, the rate was completely different and upon looking over my old correspondence, I have never spoken to them before. Many Google reviews complain that they use this technique a lot. Claiming they are "following up" when in fact, this is the first time they have contacted you. Also, it's a classic bait and switch.
