We recently purchased a complete AC system from Progressive and had a great experience! Our installation technician, Shirley, did a fantastic job. She is amazing single handedly placing and installing each piece of the unit and installing a new concrete pad for the outside unit. After the installation was complete, She spent a lot of time going over the new unit, operational instructions and how our system manages air flow throughout the house. We recently decided to replace our 7 year old builder basic AC system. We are on Progressive Air Systems maintenance plan and our tech is Roberto. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also was no pressure when we discussed the replacement. We decided to purchase a new system. I highly recommend Roberto and Progressive for all your AC needs here in South Hillsborough County!

My AC was fixed last week and now its not working. I called the emergency line to get this issue solved with having two small children in the house in Florida weather. Rude customer service when I received called back from Laina Busico . I was told to personally contact the air technician myself by Laina Busico. Instead of her doing her JOB and contacting a technician to fix this problem I already paid for! ​That is not how your suppose to treat your customers.

Do not use this company, they are only capable of excuses. After waiting almost 3 months, I stayed home to day to wait again for an appointment between 9 and 3 pm just got a call at 12 pm telling me they cannot come out once again.

A Progressive Air Technician named Roberto arrived at my home to help resolve an A/C Loss Power issue. He quickly identified the issue, resolved it, and educated us on how to avoid this issue in the future. He also explained that we needed a different size filter and told us the correct size in addition to recommending a service plan. He was informative, friendly and a great ambassador for Progressive. Thanks to Roberto, I definitely would recommend Progressive Air to anyone needing A/C Service.

our unit was installed by them and they did a 6 month maintenance program for us. In December 2017 during the maintenance visit we were told that the cooling coils had a leak and needed to be replaced and that usually when they leak the whole unit would need to be replaced. The unit was put into service in a new home in Jan of 2011. Just had my HVAC replaced by Progressive Air. We met with Todd Scott, the man knows his business. We met and he explained all of options and he quoted us a price. We always like to have at least two quotes, the second business came in with a quote 50% higher than Progressive Air for the same system. No brainer we went with Progressive. We also got 6 years no interest financing. 5 star rating from us.
