I would give them 1 star, but the owner responded to my concern (not until I specifically requested her) and seemed way more professional and listened, so I am bordering 1-2 stars. I had a not so great (to put it lightly) experience across several individuals (e.g., Courtney at the desk/scheduling, as well as my therapist too). I had a good experience here. The environment was very welcoming and everyone was friendly, Thailia was absolutely helpful and friendly.
Rachel is very passionate about her line of work and helping those who struggle with mental health. She always has the best advice and truly challenges one’s critical thinking skills. Progression counseling group is lucky to have her on their team !
