I came to the Progress House in march 2017. When i got their i had never worked a step, never been to a meeting, and didnt know what a sponcer was. My life was unmanageable! Progress House and staff helped me be become a productive member of society a loving father, a good friend and a loving caring son. Thanks to the help from Progress House i have 522 Days Clean and Sober!!
I stayed at the Progress House for 5 months. It was absolutely instrumental in my ability to stay sober. It was the foundation to my sobriety and gave me the tools I use every day.

I love Progress House and what they stand for and how they have the program set up. I went to P House back in 2015. From the staff to the people you meet at the meetings and the brothers you have while your there is a blessing in itself. In September of 2002, I was a broken man. I ask for help with my problems and was told about the Progress House. I was interveiwed and entered the house shortly after. Dennis Bender and the staff were great at providing the structure and guidance that I neede to make positive changes in my life. I lived there for about a year. Honestly there not enough room on this page to try to even explain what and how the progress house did done and does in my life .they helped lay a foundation in me finding an almighty God my higher power, they showed what true friendships and brotherhood means .they taught me a love I never knew ! If it wasn't for the Progress House I would either be dead or in prison. Progress House has given me tools to deal with life on life's terms. I'm over 2 1\2 years sober and I owe to my support team and the men that work at Progress House. There's something special about that house. Miracles happen there and men like me can change their life there as long as they are ready for change.
