They helped us out in a pinch: great communication, responsive, and luckily in our case could accommodate same day (I'm sure there are times that they can't!). Will call them again if needed.
I was quite happy with the timeliness, price, and service. I called a bunch of other folks to fix my garage door, but progress had the best rate and was able to fix it same-day! Also the guy doing the work was friendly, polite, and kindly answered a couple other questions I had, too.
Showed up to our house to take measurements for window replacements, and then never followed-up with a quote or next steps. Zero communication.
