Josh was awesome!! This was our first time buying a home so we didn’t know what to expect but he walked us through everything and informed us of so many things that we needed to know. Will definitely be recommending Josh to anyone we know buying a house.

Profound Inspection did our home inspection and the inspector Josh jarred the force main on our septic causing it to separate from the check valve which caused our septic to backup into our pipes. When Josh was called over the phone and questioned about the event he began using profanity and behaving in an unprofessional manner. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Very unprofessional behavior. Josh broke our septic and then tried covering it up. His inspection was poorly done and his behavior was extremely unprofessional. Will never use this company.

Josh did a home inspection for us today on an older home. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, answered our questions and didn’t mind my following him around while he was working. This was our last day to get an inspection report to our realtor team, and Josh worked with our timeline effortlessly. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend/use Profound again!
