Purchased our rig from Ted February 2017. With anything new there are kinks to work out. Ted and his crew were available and kept us running. As well they offer classes at their Georgia offices and send on-site training guys with tremendous knowledge of techniques, and training. We are growing quickly in Northern Middle Tennessee and hope to buy our next Profoam rig next year.
Purchased a rig from Ted a couple of years ago and had a rocky start. The machine was a revolution and was awful. Ted not only replaced the machine twice he also sent out several guys to train, repair, replace everything that was broken or leaking. He has also made every effort to get material and or supplies I needed to me asap. I live in a very small ski area in northern New Mexico that is difficult to get anything timely. I have been very pleased with Profoam and the crew over there. I highly recommend the Profoam team.
