This is where to go to get the PERFECT BLONDE!!! – I've been going to Profiles for years and the former owner (Dennis) did my hair and always made fun of me when I would come in to have him fix my color from trying to go somewhere in Lake County. I found Yeti! – I was a customer of Yeti's for many years, then I lost touch with him. I just recently found him again at Profiles. He is so sweet and as always gave me a great cut & color. I like the salon, it felt warm & friendly.
Professional Manhatten Experience – I moved down from to Florida from New York City 7 years ago and have been consistently frustrated with local salons. Not true of Profiles. A friend of mine who knows how much I miss my Manhatten salon sent me to Profiles and I haven't been this happy in a long time. They are undergoing a few changes due to new ownership, but it was the first time in seven years that I didn't have to listen to the stylist gripe and complain through my whole service. Go see Jesse if you want a Great Cut! – My family is new to Orlando and I saw Jesse at Profiles for the first time after a really disappointing experience Friday morning at another salon. She did some beautiful highlights and then I got a great cut that made me feel like I really had "style". She really understood what I was going for and totally delivered! We even talked about what I could do with my hair for a special occassion I have coming up. I want to recommend Jesse to all my friends!
Nice Salon and Great Staff – Stopped for a smoothie in Herndon Plaza and sent my shaggy and reluctant husband to Profiles salon for a "clean up". When I came back a half hour later I found him with an ice cold Heineken, laughing and yucking it up with a stylist who had given him the updated look I always dreamed of! Great Salon- Great Stylist – Finally got the courage to make a change in my haircolor and took a chance on Jesse at Profiles Salon. Got in with very little waiting and got the best highlight and haircut I've ever had. She listened to what I had to say and not only gave me what I asked for, but did it in a reasonable amount of time and without breaking the bank! Great Experience – I just recently had hi-lights & low-lights put in my hair by James. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. I came in and he introduced himself to me and asked me what I wanted to do. I explained what I wanted and he said that it sounded great to him. I was very surprised, because at past salons the stylist usually tries to push want they want to do to your hair instead of what you really want. I enjoyed my visit to Profiles – I just had my hair highlighted & cut by Jac, he was wonderful! He listened to what I wanted, then made a few suggestions. My husband loves my new look & I have had quite a few compliments from friends & co-workers. It is under new ownership & they are in the process of remodeling. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves & it had a warm atmoshere. I will definitely go back & I would highly recommend Profiles.
Flaky – I had a terrible experience at this salon .The receptionist was very rude and the Hair Stylist damaged my hair and gave me dandruff from his dirty brush not too mention that he was too vulgar talking about his gay life.I don't remember his name but he was short with green/blue eyes .
