MISS MELISSA – I must say after a lot of experience of not checking reviews before I went somewhere, and much disappointment I could have saved myself. Tina is a miracle worker with color – I decided LAST MINUTE to get a hair cut, so I called Profiles Salon on a sat afternoon and they managed to fit me into their schedule within 1 hour! I am a master at procrastination and they have accommodated me like this before. I went to Tina. She is talented and touched up my highlights that were done incorrectly to begin with. Amazing Shellac Manicure – Neisha did my shellac manicure and pedicure yesterday and both were amazing! She took her time and wasn't rushing me and she was so personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend your salon and I will definitely come back to see her and for more services! The rest of the staff that I met was also very friendly!
Very Pleased! – Thanks to everyone for such a wonderful afternoon of pampering at your salon. Jennie pampered me with an amazing facial followed by a great manicure and pedicure. COLOR CHANGE WITH RACHAEL – i love how my hair turned out. i went for a color change and i was nervous at first bc i had highlights but when i got racheal she relaxed me and explained how it would be and i went from having highlights to having a nice sold black. my hair looks great and the color turned out really nice and shiny. i went here bc of the reviews and im glad i did. everyone was nice and friendly and they will take care of you and your hair.
I love, Love, LOVE this place! – I made an appointment with Jennie after reading the rave reviews on this site. From the moment I stepped in the door, it was the best experience ever! Best Experience! – My hair was really screwed up from a previous experience at a different salon. I saw this place had high ratings and just crossed my fingers and went for it. I've never felt so important. Melissa worked to find a way to fix my hair and put all of her effort into it. I can't thank her enough for what she did. She fixed spotted and striped hair from the previous salon and made it the color I had asked for in the first place. She worked magic. Absolutely the best – Jennie is amazing! I’ve been going to her for a year now and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They have it all…incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, calming atmosphere, and great prices!
Profiles is a very down to earth salon. It's welcoming...you feel comfortable and respected. Whether you're going in for a new style (Jac is great), color or waxing (Jennie is very gentle)...you will not be disappointed!
