Came in for appt, registered, was shown right back. Hygienist was kind, considerate, and above all, gentle. Excellent, easy cleaning. Doctor was very nice. They give a great dental goodie bag too! I've been a patient here for years and it is one of the best dental practices I have been to. Fantastic staff!
I enjoyed my visit at Wackford Dental. I arrived an hour early thinking that my appointment was at 1:00pm was it was actually at 2:00pm. They were able to see me right away with minimal wait time. They explained everything thoroughly from the receptionists all the way to the doctor! The service I received was beyond my expectation. The visit was comfortable, no pain at all. The cleaning was done without pain and my comfort was a priority. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a little trouble understanding Dr. Salem, partly because of my hearing problem, partly because of his accent. I would definitely recommend the office.
I can't express my gratitude for such a true group of professionals! I recently changed my dentist of 12 years am asked myself why I didn't do it sooner after discovering the team at Wackford.
Everyone was great! They were so nice and explained everything thoroughly-the receptionists, the dental hygienist and the dentist. I get nervous about teeth cleanings because I have had some painful experiences at my last dentist's office but the dental hygienist was very gentle and even spent extra time on my bottom teeth (because I have a permanent retainer) without rushing or hurting me! Thanks guys!! I will definitely be back and will send my husband too!
