Working with Quentin and his team at Proficient was a great experience. They were able to give me a quote for an A/C replacement and upgrade over the phone with some sent pictures. They were the only company of 4 that had quoted me that was able to do this. There was a slight delay in response as they got extremely busy, but the experience was worth it. This company is great, we were beyond happy with our experience with Quentin and his team. Our furnace went out on a Saturday evening and he was over inspecting it within a hour after the call. Came back the next morning on a Sunday and installed our new furnace in a timely manner and did a great job. Proficient Heating & Cooling provides great service, reasonable rates, and they really go above beyond with customer service. Highly recommend!
