I never understood the temp to hire process, and for too long I put off applying to an agency. I am so thankful that I did it. I worked for a year as a temp and got discouraged thinking I'd never get hired. I was ready to put in a two week notice to get reassigned, but kept hanging on. I did get hired, I love my job and am very thankful to CPS. To sum it up: I got hired from my 1st and only assignment with lots of patience. I do recommend this agency to friends.
