After agreeing to the advertised rental price, which was higher than the suggested/average price for the granny flats in the area, they decided to decline our application (reason being withheld) and hold more open homes even after we agreed to the listed price and offered a deposit ASAP. Can highly recommend . Dealing with Natt, Bruce and the Team at Professionals has been a pleasure and such a smooth experience. From the first meeting all the way to leasing the property, communication and co-ordination has been nothing less than exceptional. Especially as I'm time poor they took care of everything for me. I can highly recommend their services.
Natt was professional and always prompt to reply messages. She was also helpful and friendly. We also dealt with other staff at Professionals Hills North West and they were equally helpful and efficient. Highly recommend them.
