Very easy to work with Natt and her team from Professionals. Explained the process clearly and they were on top of the execution with property leased in a timely manner.
Needs improvement in their response time to inquiries. . Handover of keys were alright. They have an mobile app where we can ask question and they also have email. The lack of response is what is lacking from their side. I have to follow up a coupld of times to be able to get a decent response. Looks like there's NO assigned specific agent to our unit and they only reply to inquiries on who's available to read the emails
