Not happy. There pricing is quite high, which I accept off the job is done satisfactorily. I paid for window cleaning in and out, which is supposed to include cleaning the tracks. Before they start I ask specifically, “This includes cleaning the tracks?” And I get “yes,” as a response. A few days after the cleaning I opened up the guest window, and there was not any wind, rain or other weather than sunshine, and this is what I saw. Had my outside windows cleaned, as you can see by the photo it was not an easy task. Scheduling was easy, affordable and quick. The window cleaners were very professional, efficient and did a great job! My only regret is that I didn't have them do the inside, now I have to have them come back. I highly recommend them.
I have used many different window cleaning services and Professional Window Cleaning was by far the best experience. On time, professional and my windows were perfect. I have 12 ft floor to ceiling windows that had a thick dust film on them due to the long AZ summer. They were perfect in minutes! I will certainly be using them again!
We use Professional Window Cleaners every month to clean the large Estate Home that I manage. They do a great job. Staff is very tidy, friendly and easy to communicate. Whenever I ask for something extra or touch up - they comply no matter what and never complain. Great job!!!!
I’ve used them many times for windows and gutters. They were scheduled for Friday, with a 12:30PM-2:30PM window. I received 2 follow up emails and texts for appointment. By 5:30PM and I hadn’t seen or heard from them. I was very frustrated. First thing Monday morning, they called with a sincere apology, there was a mix up on their end. They got me scheduled for 2 days later and offered to provide the service for free. As always, great customer service.
