Sure, call others to see what they would say and then just have Michael come out and talk to you. He seemed pretty conservative on the trimming of the pine in the front of our house (unlike others) and he did not seem to think I was out of my gourd when I said I wanted two ugly Dracena palms taken out. They were not taken down as far as I wanted but I just called the office and John arranged for the crew to come out and shave some more off. Plus, I can just give them my credit card number over the phone to pay.
Professional Tree Services responded immediately to my email. Their bid was very reasonable, and they sent someone within half an hour. The guy from Santos was nice and very efficient. I would definitely use Professional Tree Services again. Highly recommended.
